MEMPHIS BBQ RIBS

INGREDIENTS

  • Ribs

  • Your favorite BBQ sauce

  • Regal BBQ Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
     

  2. Coat the ribs with barbecue seasoning, place them in a roasting pan or baking sheet, and let them rest for 15 to 20 minutes while the oven heats up.
     

  3. Cover the roasting pan with foil and cook for 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
     

  4. Carefully drain the liquid from the roasting pan, then brush the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce.
     

  5. Reduce the oven to 135°C (275°F) and cook the ribs until you can easily pull the meat off the bone with a fork - check every 20 minutes to make sure you are not overcooking them.
     

  6. Take them out of the oven and brush them with a little more barbecue sauce.
